Contact Catherine Ashbrook Counselling & Therapy

Thank you for considering my counselling services. I offer both face-to-face sessions in Chorley and online therapy options to suit your needs.

I offer a free 30 minute introductory call which can be over the phone or online. The call helps me to find out more about what is happening for you and gives you chance to find out more about me and how I work so that we can decide whether we think we would be a good fit to work together or not. There is no obligation from the call to begin therapy with me.

If you are looking for supervision, please get in touch to arrange a free, introductory one hour supervision session.
